Yea, but I believe you must have a catalytic converter in your muffler, which would give a cop a reason to pull you over and inspect your scoot at his discretion .

My bike is an '03 UltraClassic. It did not come with a cat.
So does that mean that Mr. street cop becomes and expert on which years and models have cats?
I see more problems for this bill.

Yea, me too, it won't matter what year you have, you're at the mercy of the officers and the mood that they are in. So my '94 ultra is subject to any of the officers whims any any excuse that they may have to hassle me. The whole bill needs to be deep sixed.

You know the only reason this bitch proposed this bill is because somebody woke her up while riding by her house. So in order to stop future crap, we must ALL take it easy in residential areas. Otherwise these people will be up our asses again and next time it will probably work.

Just so that you know, the last date you could legally put non catalytic mufflers on a bike was 5/31/06; anyway that was according to the dealer I bought the Dyna from.
