Had me going for awhile there.....

Seriously...There is only 3 tests they can make you do....
1. nostagamis eye test
2. 9 steps out and back
3. Lift one leg - your choice
Don't breath into anything...Blood or urine test only...

I would not even do the above tests...Why give them more ammo for court....
I would not say anything except "if you think I am drunk...Take me to the hospital for a blood test...
You need to give your lawyer something to work with....

Something wierd like that happened yesterday...I posted that lame handshake video on this site and another....
It came out fine on MSN but when you clicked on it on this site it said it was unavailable....but it still worked there....?

If a cop makes you take any type of roadside test it is a sure bet you are going to jail.
He's just fucking with you until his backup and your ride gets there.

Agreed...you need a diversion....

I had 24 beers at a wedding reception and left at midnight in my truck. At the end of the driveway ...a cop drove by me and pulled me over...
When he walked up I had my wallet in my hand and my hands by the window...
AND 9 EMPTY WATER BOTTLES ON THE PASSENGER FLOORBOARDS...
He said I was coming out from a area with churches and I was acting suspicious...(not driving funny)...
We had a short conversation and he let me go without even checking my ID....
