![]() I agree about the pipes but remember this is a European designed bike and there noise rules are a lot stricter than here in the good old US of A __________________ LIFE IS NOT A JOURNEY TO THE GRAVE WITH THE INTENTION OF ARRIVING SAFELY IN A PRETTY, WELL PRESERVED BODY, BUT RATHER TO SKID IN BROADSIDE, THOROUGHLY USED UP, TOTALLY WORN OUT, AND LOUDLY PROCLAIMING -“WOW WHAT A RIDE!” |

| Re: Harley Davidson XR1200 i kinda like it. the exhaust is a little ugly but so are most exhaust systems, so the pipes are a wash as long as it helps performance. it's about time they start stepping up to the plate and come up with something other than the same ole humdrum crap that can't get out of it's own way. with the 96in big twins and now if this will enter our market there would probably be a lot more people interested in hd's. well that's how i see it anyway. |

| Re: Harley Davidson XR1200 lets hope so Biscuit. the moco has the ability to produce some great bikes that not only go fast but corner as well. the Nova project could have been a hell of a start in that direction but they choose the evo instead to develop to it's full potential. |
