Power commander or fuel pack

I'm looking to upgrare my exhust. Should I go with Rianhards tru-duels and a power commander or a Vance -n- hines and one of their fuel packs. My engine now is a 95" with 203 cames, stage 1 A.C. S.E. slip-ons and whatever down load the dealer gave me.
