In Ireland, during this Weather, its safer not to go riding. The weather is one thing, but the tiny roads are another. I have fallen off so many times during the winter, it was nearly becoming part of my Christmas Cheer. Broke my Collar Bone 2 years ago and I was only going about 20KM. Spent Christmas in a bad way.....

Hey falling down is one thing, falling down in the winter cold is another, if it is warm out it's not so bad, but in freezing temp it would be a bitch to lay there in pain / freezing while you wait for help. Crashing would put a whole new spin on things, don't want to evan think about it, riding in the winter up here in north east Wa. state, 70 miles south of the Canadian boarder not worth the chance of wrecking the bike or me, I can wait a few months for the weather to get better.
