Update: I guess it was down for some reason but it's back up now. Whatever it was it took awhile.

When I first came here, I would log in every three or four hours and there was almost always something new. A lot of the time it was just silly bullshit, but it was usually entertaining on one level or another.

I kind of miss guys like Curt (HDinWa) and even Andre (Tireater). They just about always had something to chew on, even if it wasn't always bike related. Now I come in every day or two and most of the time there is NOTHING new.

Posters come and posters go. Biker boards have their busy time, when it rains and is cold posts go down. I'd rather be part of a board with some quality posts and posters than some others where 5 or 6 people have thousands of posts and just ramble. You've seen them, one word posts, whole paragraphs posted one word per post. Anything to drive up a post count. Does that really make a good board?

I hear ya - I want to run a a board which is not overrun by ads and lame people who think that post counts will do anything for them. This board is a place where freedom reigns and not commercialism... so hopefully some people will see value in this - and not look for lame "me too" posts -
